What the role involves
- Handle domestic and international travel voice-process queries.
- Assist customers through phone, email, chat, and telecommunication channels.
- Resolve issues efficiently by aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Understand customer needs by asking the right questions and confirming details carefully.
- Interact with customers in a polite, warm, and professional manner by following standard service procedures.
- Listen actively, respond with empathy, and ensure customers fully understand the solution provided.
- Offer additional guidance or clarification whenever needed to improve customer understanding.
- Maintain accurate records and update customer files completely and correctly.
