Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support and Sales Officer to join FR8 Logistics in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This role involves engaging new customers, educating them about our services, and maintaining ongoing relationships to encourage loyalty and referrals.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with new leads and customers by onboarding them and providing comprehensive product and service education.
• Analyze customers and record their details accurately within the company application system.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to strengthen relationships and promote repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with senior officials to comprehend sales targets and ensure efficient follow-up with team members to achieve goals.
• Develop and sustain robust relationships with customers to ensure regular load acquisition.
• Work closely with internal teams and transport partners to secure logistics loads.
• Manage workload effectively under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.

Additional Information

The position offers a salary of 15,000 INR per month. Work is conducted onsite at the Chennai location.
