Customer Success Manager

Overview

Abacus Finance & Accounting, LLC is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager who is passionate about building strong, lasting relationships with clients. This role involves being the main liaison after sales, facilitating smooth onboarding, ensuring effective service delivery, and maintaining client retention. The position is instrumental in enhancing client satisfaction and fostering business growth through increased engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain an in-depth understanding of client requirements and customize solutions accordingly.
• Manage onboarding processes and oversee the implementation of our services.
• Act as the communication bridge between clients and internal departments.
• Track client performance indicators and conduct regular check-ins to maintain strong partnerships.
• Identify potential upsell possibilities proactively and assist in contract renewals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication and relationship management capabilities.
• Previous experience in accounting, consulting, or professional services is advantageous.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and committed to a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently within a remote work setting.
