They develop a real-time AI application for sales teams providing live, conversational prompts that act like a teleprompter for sales representatives. Position Overview
This role marks the company's inaugural post-sales hire, a critical customer success position focused on enterprise clients. As the first individual contributor in this function, you will establish and define the customer success strategy and operations, ultimately building and leading a team to drive exceptional customer experiences and outcomes from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise customer success initiatives as the pioneering post-sales hire.
- Develop and implement the foundational practices and standards for the customer success department.
- Promote customer retention, adoption, and delivers excellent results for enterprise customers.
- Work independently initially, contributing directly while preparing to grow a supporting team.
- Design and formalize processes and best practices to guide the customer success operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess 2 to 5 years of customer success experience in high-growth, reputable startup environments.
- Have specific experience handling enterprise customer success within startup settings.
- Demonstrate a history of being an early hire in customer success roles at prior companies.
- Exhibit a personable, approachable, and collaborative working style.
Compensation
The position offers a base salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, with on-target earnings between $120,000 and $145,000 per year, along with equity participation.
