Job Responsibilities
- Oversee customer success initiatives by ensuring smooth onboarding, resolving customer issues swiftly, and promoting client retention through proactive communication.
- Supervise and guide a team of customer support staff to maintain a high standard of service delivery.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with significant clients to accurately identify their requirements and preferences.
- Continuously seek and implement process enhancements to improve the overall customer engagement experience.
