Role summary

This contract-to-hire customer service role focuses on keeping order workflows moving smoothly, communicating clearly with clients, and partnering with internal teams in a busy, fast-moving environment.

Position details

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota, on-site
Pay: USD 27-30 per hour, W2 arrangement
Employment type: Contract to hire

What you will do

Handle entry and tracking of quotes, orders, and sample requests.
Keep customers informed about order progress and any issues that come up.
Work closely with sales, operations, logistics, production, and engineering teams to keep service delivery on track.
Arrange shipping and delivery coordination as needed.
Assist with account support and help maintain strong client relationships.

What you should bring

At least 4 years of experience supporting B2B customers.
Strong accuracy, organization, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
Clear professional communication skills, both spoken and written.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general business systems.
Ability to set priorities in a high-volume work setting.
Experience with ERP platforms; Epicor experience is preferred.
Background in manufacturing or logistics is an added advantage.
Project management exposure is a plus.
Comfort handling complex orders or technically oriented environments.
Capability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems effectively.
