Customer Service Representative

Role Overview

This position is for a Customer Service Representative based in Lisbon, Portugal, within an international work setting. The opportunity includes a full relocation bonus and is designed for candidates ready to commit to a minimum stay of 12 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions and requests received by phone, email, and chat.
• Deliver clear, accurate, and timely solutions in a professional manner.
• Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Work in line with company processes, quality requirements, and compliance rules.
• Record customer conversations and keep internal systems updated.
• Partner with other teams to address and close more complex cases when needed.

Relocation Support

For applicants relocating from outside Continental Portugal, support is available for the practical steps involved in settling in. This includes help obtaining the NIF and NISS, as well as assistance in finding housing based on the candidate’s needs.

A relocation bonus of €2,500 gross is paid with the first payroll cycle for candidates moving from outside Continental Portugal. Candidates already within Portugal and located 100 km or more from Lisbon may receive a gross support amount of €1,500.

Candidate Profile

No prior customer service background is required, as full training will be provided.

Language Requirements

Candidates should be native or fluent in one European language such as French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, or a Nordic language. Basic to intermediate English skills at B1 level or above are also expected.
