Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to become an integral member of our expanding logistics team based in Dubai. This position is suited for individuals with prior experience in transportation, trucking, or logistics who are passionate about problem-solving, coordinating across various teams, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Key Duties
- Communicate effectively with customers by providing timely updates regarding shipments and deliveries.
- Address customer inquiries related to logistics processes, delays, or service-related issues.
- Handle customer escalations promptly and uphold high service quality standards.
- Monitor shipments continuously and proactively notify customers of any exceptions or revised delivery schedules.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, complaints, and their solutions.
- Contribute towards ongoing process enhancements and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in customer service roles within logistics, transportation, or supply chain sectors.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and teams.
- Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Capability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
- A proactive, customer-centric mindset that prioritizes rapid issue resolution.
- Collaborative team player able to work well across various departments.
