Key Duties

• Prepare pizzas and other menu items following quality standards.
• Manage oven operations to ensure efficient cooking.
• Take customer orders and provide assistance as needed.
• Prepare products in anticipation of busy periods.
• Clean equipment and the store premises daily to maintain hygiene.

Physical and Operational Requirements

• Majority of tasks involve standing on ceramic tile or linoleum surfaces with worktables at heights between 36 and 48 inches.
• Frequent short-distance walking throughout the store.
• Perform paperwork primarily while seated at desks or tables in the office area.
• Unload and handle bulk deliveries arriving multiple times per week, including lifting boxes up to 50 pounds and stacking up to heights of 72 inches.
• Carry various items such as large cans (~3.4 pounds), pizza sauce containers (~30 pounds), and trays of pizza dough (~12 pounds per tray), sometimes moving multiple trays simultaneously.
• Push and pull dollies loaded with trays requiring up to 7.5 pounds of force.
• Navigating stairs or ladders occasionally for maintenance tasks like changing sign prices or cleaning walls.
• Repeated bending, stooping, crouching, and squatting as necessary during pizza assembly, stocking, and cleaning activities.
• Continuous reaching motions in multiple directions including above head height and below waist level.
• Consistent and precise use of hands for tasks involving pizza dough shaping, operating pizza cutters and peels, assembling pizza boxes, and handling phones.
• Use of tools and equipment such as pencils, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD devices, pizza cutters, and pizza peels.
