Key Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements
- Strong command of English language, both written and spoken
- Minimum of one year experience in online or remote customer service roles
- Familiarity with customer service tools such as Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is advantageous
- Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities

Technical Specifications
