Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls, offering information and support
• Manage email inquiries efficiently to ensure timely responses
• Meet productivity targets while delivering excellent customer service
• Process transactions and respond to product or service questions
• Maintain customer records for issue tracking and resolution
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments or supervisors

Work Schedule

The role operates on a Monday to Friday shift from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
