About the Role

Welcome Break, located at Gordano Services on the M5 Motorway, Junction 19 in Portbury, Bristol, is seeking a Customer Service Maintenance Team Member to join their onsite team. Candidates must be 18 years or older for this position. Flexible full-time or part-time schedules are available with an immediate start.

Role Overview

As the friendly first point of contact, you will greet customers and help them find what they need, ensuring the facilities are clean, safe, and welcoming. This role is ideal for those who enjoy supporting others, maintaining a positive attitude during busy times, and working within a supportive team environment. Comprehensive training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and offer prompt, confident assistance
• Maintain cleanliness throughout customer seating areas and behind the scenes, including tables, counters, floors, and toilets as necessary
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and health and safety standards, performing regular checks and cleaning duties, and escalate any customer concerns as required
