Role Overview
This position is a remote customer service role focused on hotel reservations. The job centers on handling guest and client communication, answering reservation-related questions, supporting the booking journey, and making sure customers receive prompt and helpful service.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer questions about hotel reservations and related booking details.
- Help clients complete reservations smoothly and accurately.
- Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient support across customer interactions.
- Use customer relationship management tools and related systems to manage service work.
- Work independently while staying productive in a remote setup.
Qualifications
- Experience or strong capability in customer service and customer support.
- Background in improving customer satisfaction and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
- Comfort using CRM platforms and other relevant technology.
- Ability to perform well without direct supervision in a remote environment.
- Experience in hospitality or travel is an added advantage.
