Customer Service Executive - Work From Home

About the Role

This is a permanent work-from-home customer support opportunity with a multinational company, hiring through Shining Stars Institution & travels.

The role is for a Customer Service Executive handling customer interactions across voice and non-voice channels.

Compensation

The pay structure is fixed and non-negotiable:

• CTC: INR 18,000 to 20,000 per month
• Take-home pay: INR 14,000 to 16,000 per month
• Quarterly bonus: up to INR 2,000

Work Schedule

• Rotational shifts, with any 9 working hours within a 24-hour cycle
• 6 working days each week
• 1 rotational weekly off

Eligibility

• Open to graduates and undergraduates
• Freshers as well as experienced candidates may apply
• Strong spoken communication in Hindi and English is required
• Candidates must be comfortable with rotational shifts

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and manage email and chat conversations
• Support customers with questions, complaints, and service-related requests
• Share correct information about products, services, and internal processes
• Address customer issues professionally and within the expected turnaround time
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality

Work-from-Home Setup Requirements

• Laptop with an Intel Core i3 or Intel Core i5 processor
• Reliable Wi-Fi or broadband internet connection
• UPS or inverter power backup to avoid interruptions
• Good-quality headset with microphone
