Role Overview

Shining Stars Institution & Travels is hiring Customer Service Executives for a BPO environment working with a large MNC setup in Lucknow. This position is suitable for candidates who are comfortable handling customer interactions in English and are ready for an immediate joining opportunity.

Job Profile

The role involves supporting customers through inbound voice and blended communication channels. You will be expected to address customer concerns over calls and emails while maintaining a professional and helpful approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer questions and service requests via phone and email.
• Manage inbound voice interactions as well as blended support processes.
• Resolve customer issues clearly and efficiently.
• Stay attentive, patient, and responsive while dealing with queries.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Candidates with graduation as well as those without a degree can apply.
• Strong spoken and written English is essential.
• Applicants should be able to join immediately.
• Students with college examinations in July and August are not eligible.
• The ideal candidate should be adaptable in work style.
• Patience and active listening are important for this role.
• Outstation candidates may apply if they can attend the walk-in interview.

Salary and Benefits

The offered package is between INR 1,75,000 and INR 2,50,000 per year, with a quarterly bonus of INR 3,000 plus other benefits.

Interview Process

This is a walk-in hiring process expected to be completed in a single day. The selection stages include HR, Operations, and Versant rounds.
