Job Overview
The role is for a Customer Service Executive to work full-time, focusing on assisting customers interested in the company's products. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned time slots to interact with interested customers.
- Provide detailed product explanations and assistance.
- Address and resolve customer concerns to facilitate order placement.
Requirements
- Proficient communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Open to candidates at all experience levels.
Working Hours & Environment
- Shift timing is between 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with a 9-hour window within which shifts are scheduled.
- Weekly offs are on a rotational basis.
