About the Role
This opportunity involves working in the Godrej Inbound Customer Service and Sales process, located at ETPL Tower, Thane. The role focuses on providing exceptional customer service and sales support through inbound communication channels.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer interactions related to service and sales queries.
- Support customers by addressing their needs efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
- Graduation is mandatory for applicants.
- At least 2 months of prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales roles is required.
- Strong communication skills, aiming for verbal proficiency levels V4 or V5.
Compensation and Work Schedule
- Salary range between INR 16,000 and INR 22,000 as take-home pay.
- Working hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Employees receive one rotational weekly off.
- Centralized pick-up and drop service available from Thane station.
