About the role
This position is for a customer service executive in a banking environment at Korba. The role focuses on helping customers across multiple service channels, ensuring accurate record handling, and supporting smooth day-to-day branch operations.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions and service requests through phone calls, email, and in-person branch interactions.
- Support account opening, KYC completion, balance checks, fixed deposit services, and other banking product-related queries.
- Address complaints and grievances within the required turnaround time.
- Keep customer and service data fully accurate while following all banking compliance requirements.
- Meet daily targets related to service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the branch team to ensure efficient and seamless customer support.
Preferred profile
Candidates should have a graduation degree in any stream. The role is open to freshers as well as applicants with up to 2 years of experience. Strong Hindi and English communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and familiarity with MS Office and typing are important. Good customer handling and problem-solving ability are expected. Prior experience in banking, BPO, or retail is an advantage, though it is not required.
