Customer Service Co-ordinator

Role Overview

Johnsons Workwear is looking to hire a Customer Service Co-ordinator based in Hadleigh, England. This role blends practical, on-site customer service duties with essential coordination and communication tasks to uphold service quality and foster excellent customer relationships.

Key Duties

• Measure and install uniforms and garments for new customer accounts, renewals, and additional orders, including initial garment fitting.
• Maintain and service towel cabinets and other rental equipment to comply with company standards.
• Manage loading and unloading of vehicles and correctly organizing items at client locations.
• Perform stock audits as requested.
• Cultivate and sustain constructive working relationships with customers.
• Spot business growth opportunities and report them to management.
• Work closely with the Customer Service department and assist the wider team when necessary.
• Carry out other supportive tasks to aid operational or customer service functions as needed.
