About the Role
Join Amazon's Customer Service team at their office in Delhi/Noida as a Customer Service Associate on a contractual basis. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting via phone, chat, and email. Your duties include addressing inquiries about orders, products, payments, and website navigation using various tools to research and provide solutions.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.

- Availability to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
