As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to customers through live chat, email and phone. You will handle enquiries with care and efficiency, work with internal teams to resolve issues, and help strengthen the overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities
You will support customers across multiple communication channels and make sure each interaction is handled professionally. The role also involves working with Customer Operations, Trading & Risk, Product and Technology to share feedback and improve service delivery.
