Position Overview
This role primarily involves supporting customer service functions through efficient processing of customer orders and related transactions within the order-to-cash cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure accurate and prompt processing of orders received by phone, fax, or other channels.
- Perform order entry activities with high accuracy.
- Handle processing of product returns promptly and efficiently.
- Manage credit and debit memo processing.
- Coordinate delivery scheduling and processing.
- Oversee invoice preparation and processing tasks.
- Review pricing details to maintain accuracy.
- Carry out general data entry related to the overall order-to-cash process.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Possess 1 to 2 years of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, preferably within a multinational company.
- Demonstrate high attention to detail and excellent time management abilities.
- Capable of meeting tight deadlines under pressure.
- Flexibility to work beyond standard hours if necessary.
- Proficient computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP considered advantageous.
