Position Overview

This role primarily involves supporting customer service functions through efficient processing of customer orders and related transactions within the order-to-cash cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure accurate and prompt processing of orders received by phone, fax, or other channels.
  • Perform order entry activities with high accuracy.
