Role overview
This position is for a customer sales officer focused on outbound calling. The main goal is to contact leads, introduce FR8, and help customers understand how the app can address their challenges and improve connectivity.
Key responsibilities
- Reach out to prospects through outbound calls using leads sourced online.
- Present FR8 and clearly explain how the app can resolve customer pain points and improve coordination.
- Guide customers through onboarding onto FR8's technology platform.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to expand load connectivity through FR8.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure trucks are connected to customers efficiently.
