Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Relationship Officer to join our team in Mumbai. The successful candidate will be accountable for generating and nurturing leads, presenting insurance products, and helping customers select appropriate policies. The role demands strong communication skills to build lasting relationships and meet sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate potential customer leads.
- Present insurance products clearly and advise on the most appropriate plans.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with customers.
- Support clients with policy paperwork and manage renewals.
- Conduct follow-ups with leads and provide ongoing support after sales.
- Keep detailed and accurate customer records ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.
Qualifications and Eligibility
Applicants should be either fresh graduates or have at least one year of telesales experience. Excellent communication skills are essential.
