Overview
Smart-Bond Chemicals Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Customer Relations Specialist to be based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. This role focuses on cultivating and sustaining excellent relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and ongoing business growth.
Responsibilities
- Professionally handle inbound and outbound customer communications.
- Develop and maintain long-standing customer relations.
- Follow up with current and prospective clients on inquiries and orders.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints promptly with effective solutions.
- Collaborate with sales, dispatch, and accounts departments to ensure seamless order processing.
- Collect and report customer feedback to suggest improvements.
- Drive repeat business through consistent follow-ups.
- Communicate product details, promotions, and new launches to customers.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer interactions.
Requirements
- Graduation in any discipline; MBA qualification is an advantage.
- Minimum of one year of experience in customer relations, support, or sales coordination.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to handle negotiations and manage customers effectively.
- Work well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
- Positive and customer-first mindset.
Work Schedule
Monday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Sundays off.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000, dependent on experience and performance.
