Custodian

Role Overview

The Custodian plays a crucial role in ensuring a sanitary, secure, and inviting atmosphere for all members, staff, and visitors at Fit Fusion fitness club.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out daily cleaning and sanitizing routines of gym equipment, locker rooms, restrooms, and shared spaces.
• Preserve cleanliness in the immediate outdoor vicinity of the fitness center.
• Manage inventory and restock cleaning agents and personal care products.
• Adhere to and complete daily detailed checklists established by management.
• Provide courteous assistance and support to members and visitors.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred.
• Keen attention to detail with the ability to work autonomously.
• Strong organizational skills alongside effective time management.
• Mandatory CPR/AED certification, to be acquired within 30 days if not already held.

Physical Demands

• Capability to lift or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform prolonged standing, walking, bending, crouching, and reaching activities.
