Credit Card Sales Executive

About the Role

We are seeking driven and client-oriented Sales Executives to join our Credit Card Sales team based in Noida, Sector 62. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with prior sales experience, especially in credit card, personal loan, or banking product sales.

Responsibilities

• Generate and pursue leads to promote credit card offerings to potential customers.
• Assess customer needs to suggest appropriate credit card options.
• Meet and strive to exceed sales targets and performance goals.
• Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the selling process.
• Collect and accurately submit customer documentation in line with company procedures.
• Adhere to company policies, sales protocols, and compliance regulations.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in sales roles.
• Preferable experience in credit card sales, personal loans, banking sales, or similar areas.
• Minimum educational qualification of 12th pass or graduate.
• Good verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Versant English proficiency at Level 4 is required.
• Must be target-oriented, confident, and focused on customer satisfaction.

Working Hours and Benefits

• Shift: Day shift within 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, working any continuous 9-hour period.
• Rotational weekly off days.
• Salary up to 17,000 INR per month.
