Role Overview
This position is offered through a partner organization managing all application processes. The role is based in Saudi Arabia and involves spearheading the creative direction for digital products designed to foster meaningful online interactions, primarily targeting female users globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the creative testing cycle, including devising hypotheses, establishing decision criteria, defining testing limits, and implementing optimization protocols.
- Develop innovative creative ideas influenced by performance data, competitor analysis, digital advertising trends, and insights from sectors like e-commerce, gaming, and dating.
- Craft comprehensive briefs and collaborate with designers and AI-enhanced content production teams to generate compelling creative content.
- Work closely with user acquisition teams to conduct creative testing and interpret performance results.
- Assess creative outputs using critical metrics such as hook rate, hold rate, impressions per mille (IPM), click-through rate (CTR), cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and retention cohorts.
- Maintain an evolving database of creative success factors including effective themes, messaging styles, and performance drivers.
- Provide detailed reporting on the creative asset portfolio and propose data-driven enhancements.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in creative strategy or performance roles within environments handling high-volume creative output, ideally in e-commerce, gaming, or dating sectors.
- Proficient use of AI tools for video and image creation, such as Seedance, Runway, Veo, Kling, Midjourney, HeyGen, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with practical experience in handling large datasets, creating dashboards, utilizing spreadsheets, and interpreting creative performance data.
- Exceptional skills in creating clear and effective creative briefs, including setting hypotheses, benchmarks, requirements, and production instructions.
- Deep understanding of digital advertising dynamics and optimization strategies for creative content.
- Professional fluency in English, especially tuned for the US commercial market.
- Bonus qualifications include experience with video editing software like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or After Effects.
