Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a well-organized, adaptable, and dependable Coordinator to join our Creative Hub team, which is central to The Unicorn's mission. The Creative Hub engages young audiences throughout the research, development, and rehearsal stages of our in-house productions.
Key Responsibilities
This position involves administrative support for the department, managing logistics, facilitating communication, and ensuring the smooth execution of various projects in collaboration with Creative Hub staff, other departments, participants, freelancers, and external partners.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with children aged from six months to 13 years, possess clear and consistent communication skills suitable for diverse stakeholders, and demonstrate experience managing similar projects. Experience in facilitation and a willingness to work during weekends are also essential.
