Covering 18,000 square feet and offering sweeping views of the city skyline, the venue brings together five distinct experiences: Dashi Skypool, Enso steakhouse with Japanese influences, The Whisper Room cocktail and dining lounge, Little Birdie progressive cocktail bar, and Dashi Go-Go boutique ultra-lounge.

Role Overview

This position is responsible for protecting inventory accuracy, supporting cost discipline, and strengthening controls across multiple food and beverage outlets. The role also works closely with venue teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to keep purchasing, stock movement, and system records aligned with business needs.

Core Duties

• Oversee the inventory system and keep records accurate while ensuring it works smoothly with day-to-day operations.
• Share suggestions that can improve how the inventory platform functions.
• Act as the main receiver for goods across all five venues and check that incoming deliveries follow the required receiving process.
• Carry out weekly physical stock counts for food and beverage items to keep inventory records reliable and accountable.
• Check that stock transfers and internal requisitions are properly documented and entered correctly in the system.
• Review asset purchase requests and flag avoidable spending.
• Analyse food and beverage cost trends and work with venue managers on initiatives to reduce and control costs.
• Monitor entertainment and miscellaneous claims to confirm they match approved budgets and are backed by the right documents.
• Support procurement activities such as vendor identification, price negotiation, and supplier management to achieve cost-effective buying.
• Assess and collect quotations for capital expenditure items, making sure purchases are economical and support business priorities.
• Work with suppliers on beverage agreements, incentive tracking, target achievement, and follow-up on supplier payments.
• Build and implement compliance and control processes that improve stock accuracy and financial governance.
• Set up internal procedures that strengthen operational and financial control.
• Manage software and IT systems used for POS and inventory processes, maintaining system integrity and reducing loopholes or risk exposure.
• Own the setup of POS SKUs and pricing updates to ensure consistency and correctness across all outlets.

Requirements

• High attention to detail and solid analytical ability.
• Working knowledge of beverage products and previous experience in an F&B environment.
