Role Overview
The Corporate Training Administrative Assistant works remotely to assist with organizing and executing corporate training initiatives. Key duties involve managing training calendars, preparing and archiving digital materials, and maintaining precise participant attendance and registration records. This role requires liaising with trainers, clients, and trainees to relay session information, address queries, and ensure smooth program delivery. Additional tasks include basic report generation on training activities, coordination of virtual event logistics, and general clerical support to ensure seamless training operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in administrative and executive assistance to support training functions and leadership.
- Excellent clerical skills encompassing document handling, record maintenance, and accurate data entry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients, trainers, and participants.
- Professional telephone etiquette to manage calls, inquiries, and follow-ups gracefully and clearly.
- Familiarity with remote communication technologies such as email, video conferencing, and shared document platforms.
- High organizational aptitude with keen attention to detail and capability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and deadlines.
- Previous experience within training, educational support, human resources, or corporate administrative roles is advantageous.
- Preferably possesses a diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, office management, or a related discipline.
