About Us

The Role

We are seeking a Corporate Services Administrator to provide vital reception, administrative, facilities, and operational assistance throughout the organisation. Situated in Tāmaki Makaurau, this permanent, full-time position reports to the Administration Manager based in Ōtautahi. You will serve as the initial contact for visitors, staff, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring a professional, hospitable, and efficient workplace.

  • Deliver reception services and manage enquiries efficiently.
  • Organise meeting rooms, catering, and office provisions.
  • Support mail, courier handling, and confidential correspondence management.
  • Maintain adequate stock of office supplies and consumables.
  • Coordinate facilities activities, including equipment management and contractor access.
  • Receive, monitor, and distribute assets and equipment nationwide.
  • Keep accurate records of assets and inventory.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement efforts and foster team collaboration.

This multi-faceted and active role suits someone who appreciates a blend of administrative, customer service, facilities coordination, and operations support tasks.

About You

  • Possess 3 to 5 years of administrative experience.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Demonstrate advanced skills with Microsoft Office and adapt quickly to new systems.
  • Have strong problem-solving capabilities with a proactive mindset.
  • Build and maintain positive interpersonal relationships effectively.
  • Hold proficiency in New Zealand Sign Language (NZSL) or a keen willingness to learn.
