Deckoviz Space Labs is building AI-led home art, decor, and smart devices that blend modern technology with distinctive design. The company is preparing for launch and is looking for a strong sales professional to help grow revenue, create partnerships, and widen its customer base.
Job overview
This is a field-focused sales role based in Vadodara (Baroda), Gujarat. As the business expands across Gujarat, the selected person may also support business development efforts in Ahmedabad and Surat.
Compensation
The role offers an on-target earnings potential of INR 24 LPA, structured as INR 6 LPA fixed pay plus INR 18 LPA in commissions. The commission component is performance-based and may scale to 4–5 times the base salary.
Key responsibilities
The role covers direct outreach, relationship management, deal closure, and customer feedback collection. The selected candidate will engage prospects across multiple sectors and keep leadership informed with regular sales updates and market insights.
Ideal profile
The company is seeking someone who communicates with confidence, handles conversations persuasively, and is comfortable explaining technical and AI-based products to diverse audiences. A self-driven attitude, a strong focus on targets, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment are essential.
Experience and background
Previous exposure to sales, business development, or other customer-facing work is preferred, but it is not mandatory. Freshers are welcome if they bring strong communication ability, confidence, interpersonal strength, and a genuine willingness to learn.
Preferred qualifications
Candidates with an MBA or BBA, whether currently pursuing or completed, are preferred. Specialization in sales, marketing, business administration, or a related business field is also desirable.
