We are currently looking to add a Recruiter specialized in the Data Center industry to our expanding team. This role involves key responsibilities in sourcing, engaging, and securing leading technical and leadership talent within one of the most rapidly expanding global sectors. Collaborating closely with clients involved in AI, energy, and digital infrastructure, you'll help build teams that design, construct, and manage large-scale data centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with client stakeholders including Hiring Managers, Talent Leaders, and Executives to grasp hiring objectives and workforce strategy.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and closing hires.
• Create and implement focused search strategies to identify difficult-to-find talent, especially in areas like data center development, construction, commissioning, engineering, and operations.
• Establish robust candidate pipelines for technical, operational, and leadership positions across worldwide markets.
• Serve as a strategic advisor by offering market insights, compensation data, and recruitment recommendations.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience while maintaining a swift and effective hiring process.
• Work with the broader NuPeople team to enhance recruiting methodologies, tools, and service delivery to clients.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated recruitment experience, preferably focusing on Data Center and Operations, Mission Critical Facilities, Construction, or Infrastructure sectors.
• Proven success in recruiting for complex technical and leadership roles in dynamic environments.
• Expertise in sourcing, networking, and engaging passive candidates.
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting with shifting priorities.
• Committed to elevating recruiting from transactional tasks to strategic contributions.
