About the Team

The Corporate Development group sits at the center of Navi’s strategic expansion agenda, supporting growth initiatives, capital raising efforts, and acquisitions. The team drives equity fundraising across private equity, pre-IPO, and IPO stages, tracks market and competitor movements, and builds a strong pipeline of potential M&A opportunities. It also manages ongoing engagement with investors across private and public markets.

About the Role

This position blends financial analysis with execution and stakeholder coordination. You will be part of the IPO workstream, partnering with investment bankers and external advisors throughout the capital raise journey. The role involves ownership of key deliverables such as advanced financial models, investor presentations, and detailed sector research. You will also help identify strategic gaps, coordinate priorities across internal teams, and prepare materials that support broader investor relations efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive equity fundraising initiatives from start to finish, including private equity, pre-IPO, and IPO processes.
  • Own important workstreams such as financial modelling, investor presentation decks, industry research, and cross-party coordination.
  • Contribute to the IPO team by working closely with investment bankers and other external advisors.
  • Track market trends and the competitive environment to surface insights and build opportunities for future M&A activity.
  • Support M&A execution work, including diligence, valuation, negotiation, and deal closing.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with existing and prospective investors in private and public markets through meetings, calls, events, and regular outreach.
  • Set priorities effectively and communicate clearly across teams to keep tasks moving.
  • Spot business strategy gaps and propose independent, practical improvements.
  • Prepare periodic updates for the Board of Directors on business performance.
