About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and creative Corporate Communications Intern to join our Regional Corporate Affairs team at The HEINEKEN Company in Singapore. This internship presents a unique chance to practice and develop storytelling, content planning, and stakeholder engagement skills while supporting key communication efforts across 22 markets in the Asia-Pacific region. You will gain practical experience in internal and external communications, content strategy, and stakeholder interaction, collaborating closely with the Graphic Design Intern to visually enhance stories within a vibrant, multicultural setting.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and strategy of content for both internal and external communication platforms, crafting meaningful narratives for regional channels.
  • Engage with stakeholders throughout the Asia-Pacific area to find and promote impactful stories.
  • Maintain and oversee the content calendar, working hand-in-hand with the Graphic Design Intern to ensure a steady and cohesive flow of content for social media.
  • Write clear, succinct, and persuasive copy tailored for various digital media, keeping a consistent corporate voice.
  • Utilize AI technologies to assist in idea generation, drafting, and research to enhance content quality and efficiency.
  • Plan and manage internal communication campaigns to boost engagement within the regional office.

  • Collaborate with design and other stakeholders to execute full campaign roll-outs from concept through completion.
  • Build and sustain relationships with stakeholders across the 22 Asia-Pacific markets to collect and share relevant stories.

  • Gain exposure to public affairs and sustainability topics through involvement with a diverse multidisciplinary team.
