About the Role

This hybrid role, based in our Takapuna, Auckland office with a work-from-home option, offers a balance of flexibility and in-person collaboration. As a Corporate Actions & Meetings Coordinator within the Issuer Services team, you'll be integral to managing financial investment products such as General Finance, Kiwibonds, ShareMart trades, wholesale issues, and Manchester Unity Fraternal Bond redemptions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer the registration of new securities and handle diverse financial investment products efficiently.
  • Coordinate shareholder meetings, including setting up online voting platforms and physically attending meetings across New Zealand as necessary.
  • Manage corporate action systems like direct credits, custodian applications, fund reconciliations, and generate end-of-day client and legal reports.
  • Act as the primary contact for shareholder queries via the project inbox and provide additional support to Customer Service during busy periods via calls and live chat.
  • Respond to enquiry emails to enhance understanding and knowledge about registry processes.
