About the Role

Youtech is hiring a Copywriter for a full-time, in-office position based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The role is Monday through Friday and focuses on creating persuasive written content for print and digital use across a variety of client industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop brand-focused copy for websites, blog posts, and email campaigns.
• Craft persuasive advertising and landing page content designed to support conversions.
• Explain topics clearly while guiding readers toward a desired action.
• Interview stakeholders or subjects and turn those conversations into polished written content.
• Review client websites to identify fresh content opportunities and support strategy execution.
• Study and combine performance data to spot patterns and improve marketing results.
• Assist with client meeting preparation and presentation materials.
• Maintain working knowledge of the social media landscape.

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, and creative thinking abilities.
• Skill in developing slogans and promotional copy.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand client goals and advertising campaign objectives.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and deadline management.
• Capacity to write effectively for different audiences, industries, and content formats.
• Comfort working independently, researching topics, and producing content without heavy prompting.
• Ability to adapt writing style and approach as needed.
• Good analytical judgment when reviewing results and performance trends.
