Role Overview
The Season Ticket Member Experiences Coordinator helps run the everyday activities of the Member Experiences team and supports the delivery of season ticket member events, benefits, and engagement programs. This position plays a key role in creating an outstanding year-round experience for Rams Season Ticket Members and works across departments to bring both game day and non-game day activations to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and delivering season ticket member events, experiences, and benefits throughout the year, including research, concept development, logistics, operations, and communications.
- Help coordinate member experiences at Rams home games, Training Camp, and other events, including support for game themes and in-game activations when needed.
- Create and request content assets for member communications such as monthly newsletters, Know Before You Go updates, and other emails covering club benefits, upcoming events, and exclusive offers.
- Partner with Ticket Operations and Strategy teams to manage member event workflows in systems such as Archtics and CRM tools, and prepare post-event summaries and reports.
- Work with internal and external partners on benefits and programs connected to the NFL and other organizations, including NFL Membership Club offerings.
- Support gifting and fulfillment activities, including gift concepting, member guide updates, inventory tracking, merchandise distribution, and shipping.
- Assist with engagement programs such as Rams House Fan Council, STM of the Month, and other fan-focused initiatives.
- Maintain and update season ticket member web pages in coordination with Creative and Digital teams.
- Administer the season ticket member Facebook group by posting updates, reviewing and approving requests, monitoring discussions, and routing follow-up support when needed.
- Research market trends and best practices to improve member events, experiences, and engagement strategy.
- Provide service that consistently exceeds the expectations of season ticket members, premium members, suite owners, and fans.
- Complete additional duties as assigned.

Experience and Education
- A four-year college degree or graduate degree is required.
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in sports, events, and/or service is required.
- Must be available for an event-based schedule that includes nights, weekends, and possibly holidays.
- Availability for all Rams home games is required.
Technical Skills
- Comfort using Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with online survey tools.
- Experience working with Archtics ticketing software and Microsoft/Salesforce CRM.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Work Environment
- A home location within 45 miles of Woodland Hills, CA is preferred.
- Reliable transportation is necessary for occasional local travel, and mileage related to work will be reimbursed.
- The role requires an event-driven schedule that may include weekends, evenings, and some holidays.
- Full availability for Los Angeles Rams home games is required.
- The job involves frequent in-person interaction with clients, fans, and prospects.
- Work may include moving around the stadium and engaging with people during home games.
- Desk and computer work will make up a major portion of the day.
- Tasks may involve extended periods of sitting, standing, and hand use.
- Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds may be needed.
Compensation
The pay rate for this position is $24.04 per hour, with eligibility for overtime pay.
