About the Role

A confidential client is seeking a senior-level operations leader and executive coach to collaborate closely with the CEO and executive leadership team. The position focuses on enhancing leadership effectiveness, operational efficiency, and strategic outcomes. This opportunity suits a commercially savvy operator capable of combining practical business insights with executive coaching to improve alignment, execution, and overall organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide structured executive coaching and mentoring to senior leaders to strengthen leadership capabilities.
• Support executives in refining decision-making and boosting team performance.
• Facilitate improved collaboration, accountability, and execution within leadership groups.
• Partner with senior management to identify and implement operational improvements enhancing efficiency, cost management, and sustainable growth.
• Assist in aligning critical operational functions such as financial management, human resources, and compliance.
• Spot operational enhancement opportunities and champion initiatives that improve business results.
• Advise the CEO and executive team on leadership, talent development, and organizational effectiveness matters.
• Champion initiatives to boost employee engagement, succession planning, and foster a high-performance team culture.
• Forge strong internal alliances supporting operational excellence and strategic growth.

Candidate Profile

• Solid business acumen covering strategy, operations, and leadership best practices.
• Comfortable working within complex operational environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related discipline is required; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Must be able to work remotely within the United States and travel occasionally as needed.
