About the Role
Expeditors is an international logistics company offering ocean, air, customs, and technology services. We are currently looking for a Real Estate Contracts Manager to oversee the drafting, negotiation, and management of commercial real estate and vendor procurement agreements. This critical position supports our global real estate, construction, and fixed asset procurement operations and collaborates closely with both our Legal department and internal stakeholders to ensure contracts are executed seamlessly, accurately, and in compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and revise commercial real estate agreements and related vendor contracts, including lease amendments, renewals, and extensions.
- Manage an assigned portfolio of contracts through every stage, from initiation to execution and proper documentation.
- Negotiate typical and moderately complex contract clauses within the boundaries of company guidelines.
- Identify unusual contract provisions and coordinate resolution with the Legal team or senior management as required.
- Monitor critical contractual milestones such as renewal deadlines, expiration dates, and notification timelines.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate contract records, ensuring adherence to internal compliance processes.
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and other relevant teams to facilitate transaction completion.
- Drive enhancements to contract templates, workflow procedures, and overall contract management systems.
- Assist with contracts related to fixed asset and construction procurement, including furniture, racking, and contractor agreements.
Compensation and Benefits
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $135,000 to $140,000 annually. Expeditors provides a competitive benefits package that includes:

Additional Information
The position is based onsite with locations available in Bellevue, WA; Portland, OR; Dallas, TX; and Los Angeles, CA.
