FunnelCockpit is a software company focused on building an all-in-one marketing platform for small and medium-sized businesses. The company is expanding its reach and is looking for a creative professional to help bring its content to a wider audience.
Role Overview
As a Content Creator & Social Media Manager, you will create and manage content across the blog, social channels, and other marketing formats. The role combines writing with on-camera content production, including videos, reels, and shorts. You will turn marketing topics, customer questions, and trending subjects into engaging content that delivers value and supports brand growth.
Ways of Working
This is a fully remote, home-based role. You may also work from a co-working space if you prefer. The team uses modern collaboration tools such as Slack for communication, Linear for planning and ticket handling, and Intercom for direct customer interaction.
The company follows an AI-first approach and uses modern AI tools every day to create content faster, smarter, and more creatively. Candidates should be open to new technologies and comfortable integrating AI into their workflow.
You will also receive close support from the start and be guided by a mentor while getting familiar with your responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Plan, write, and publish blog posts on topics related to online marketing, funnels, and digital business models.
- Create original social media content for channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and similar platforms to grow reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Research industry trends, customer questions, and current topics to continuously generate fresh content ideas.
- Prepare written copy, visuals, and other content formats together with the marketing and design teams.
- Review the performance of blog and social content and use the findings to improve future output.
Requirements
- Previous experience in content marketing, social media management, online publishing, or a similar role.
- A strong sense for audience-focused communication and the ability to present information clearly, creatively, and in an appealing way.
- Fluent German and good English skills for research work and collaboration with the international team.
- A structured, self-driven working style with the ability to contribute ideas proactively.
- Interest in online marketing, digital business models, and current content and social media trends.
- Helpful background in SEO, content optimization, and keyword research.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation tools.
- Exposure to marketing automation, funnel systems, or content management systems.
- Experience or familiarity with performance marketing such as Meta Ads or Google Ads, plus data-based content improvement.
