Located in Glen Waverley, VIC 3150, this full-time or part-time position offers an exciting opportunity to join V4 IT Services, a top-tier Australian IT support provider catering to home and small business customers nationwide. With an extensive network of technicians and thousands of positive customer reviews, V4 IT Services delivers on-site IT support including computer repairs, networking, data recovery, cybersecurity, and more.

The role centers on creating compelling multimedia content to boost the company's digital footprint. You will collaborate closely with management and technicians to document authentic customer experiences, technical projects, behind-the-scenes insights and educational material.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce engaging photos, videos, and written posts tailored for social media platforms.
• Travel to customer locations and company sites to capture relevant footage.
• Record technicians during repair, installation, and support tasks.
• Edit short video content suitable for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
• Oversee and schedule timely social media posts across various channels.
• Design content calendars and manage posting timelines.
• Create educational technology tips and highlight customer success stories.
• Monitor user engagement and manage responses to comments and messages.
• Contribute to expanding the company’s social media reach and brand recognition.
• Facilitate collection of customer testimonials and detailed case studies.
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing outlets.

Candidate Requirements

• Background in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management.
• Proficiency with video filming and editing tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
• Well-versed in managing social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work autonomously and generate innovative content ideas.
• Possession of a current Australian driver's licence and dependable transport is preferred.
• Experience creating content for service-oriented businesses is advantageous.
• Competence in photography, videography, and graphic design.
• Comfortable with technology, including computers and consumer electronics.

Additional Information

• Employment offered as part-time (2 to 3 days a week) or full-time permanent roles.
• Salary range is between $60,000 and $75,000 plus superannuation.
