Role Overview

This role involves overseeing site execution and coordinating daily activities of various contractors including plumbers, electricians, and carpenters, ensuring smooth workflow without conflicts. It also includes managing material procurement by preparing BOQs for local Lucknow vendors, negotiating pricing, issuing purchase orders, and monitoring delivery schedules to align materials arrival with site readiness. Additionally, maintaining an up-to-date Master Excel tracker for GFC drawing statuses, procurement timetables, and site progress milestones is required. The role also demands verification of on-site contractor measurements and cross-checking against Running Account bills prior to final payment processing.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3 to 5 years of relevant exposure in high-end residential interior or civil construction projects.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
• Strong vendor negotiation capabilities.
• Possession of a personal two-wheeler to facilitate travel across Gomti Nagar Extension and various material markets in Lucknow.
