Role Overview

As a Console Operator, you will play a key part in delivering excellent guest experiences and keeping the store clean, well stocked, and inviting at all times. The role is busy and requires strong time management, the ability to handle multiple tasks, and a willingness to work in a fast-moving environment. The store also offers a broad food range and barista-style coffee service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, high-quality service that leaves customers with a positive experience.
• Keep the store tidy, stocked, and welcoming throughout the shift.
• Manage several tasks at once while staying organised and efficient.
• Support the promotion of products, specials, and other store offerings.
• Work effectively on your own as well as alongside other team members.
• Handle long periods on your feet and carry out moderate to heavy lifting and reaching when needed.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is service-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable in a role that involves physical activity and flexible working hours. You should be open to early mornings, late nights, and weekend shifts, and be eager to learn about the products and promotions available in store.
