Role Overview

We seek a Community & Social Manager skilled in managing dynamic, multi-channel environments. This role integrates community building, influencer and creator relations, alongside social media strategy implementation. Responsibilities include developing and managing creator/community campaigns, handling daily social community engagement, event coordination, and monitoring brand reputation and sentiment across review platforms. Candidates must reside in the NYC metropolitan area. The position is currently remote but may transition to a hybrid work model in the future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage creator and influencer relationships across platforms such as TikTok Shop, Levanta, CreatorIQ, and Shopify affiliates.
  • Identify and onboard creators matching the brand’s voice and campaign objectives.
  • Plan and execute creator campaigns from initiation through content assessment to performance evaluation.
