Role Summary

The Saudi Community & Partnerships Manager will serve as Tamatem's local representative based in Riyadh. This dynamic role encompasses building strategic relationships, uncovering growth opportunities, representing the brand at industry gatherings, and maintaining a close connection with players and the Saudi gaming ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and represent Tamatem at gaming, entertainment, and industry events within Saudi Arabia.
• Develop and nurture partnerships with brands, sponsors, governmental bodies, gaming organizations, and other strategic collaborators.
• Identify and secure sponsorships for games and related events.
• Support negotiation processes and help facilitate partnership implementation alongside internal teams.
• Engage actively with the Saudi gaming community and monitor emerging trends, player behaviors, and cultural shifts.
• Provide market analysis and actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
• Forge connections with gaming communities, clubs, universities, and local groups to fortify Tamatem's presence in the Saudi gaming landscape.
• Identify, connect with, and assist Saudi gaming influencers and content creators to amplify game awareness.
• Plan and implement community events, competitions, exhibitions, and conference participation ensuring seamless execution.
• Coordinate merchandise creation and distribution along with organizing gifts and rewards for VIP players, winners, and community contributors to enhance player loyalty.

Qualifications and Experience

• Residing in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant expertise in business development, partnerships, community management, event coordination, marketing, or similar domains.
• Outstanding networking and relationship management abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with capability to juggle multiple projects.
• Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently.
• Comfortable representing the company at various professional events.
• A genuine passion for gaming and specific enthusiasm for Baloot is essential.
• Deep understanding of the Saudi gaming market favors the candidate strongly.
• Experience collaborating with brands, sponsors, influencers, or gaming communities is advantageous.
• Organizing events or tournaments adds value.
• Keen familiarity and excitement for Baloot significantly benefit the role.
