About the role
Tibia has been inspiring players around the world since 1997 and is among the longest-running and most successful MMORPGs. In this role, you will act as the link between the game’s large international community and the development team, helping keep the world of Tibia active and engaging. A major upcoming task is supporting the planning of Tibia’s 30th anniversary, one of the biggest events in the game’s history. This position is based in Regensburg and is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, connecting with people, and working with games.
What you will do
- Support and shape the experience of a large, international, and loyal player community.
- Create sophisticated English articles and other editorial content related to Tibia.
- Bring the community’s wishes and feedback directly into game development and future improvements.
- Help design and coordinate Tibia’s 30th anniversary as a major community event.
- Advise product management and development teams using well-founded insights from community work.

- Strong editorial abilities and excellent written English at a high standard.
- The ability to stay calm, objective, and professional during controversial discussions.
- Confidence in presenting your views clearly while still considering other perspectives constructively.
- Practical experience in community management and a good understanding of social dynamics.
