Role Overview

This Community Manager position is based in Delhi NCR and requires regular in-person collaboration. The role centers on building and maintaining strong relationships with pet parents, pet service providers, and pet product sellers across both online and offline touchpoints.

What You Will Do

You will be responsible for keeping the community active, welcoming, and well-managed, while also helping the company learn from customer feedback and community behavior. The role includes working with different internal teams and using community insights to improve engagement and business outcomes.

Key Work Areas
