Community Manager and Monetization Specialist

About the Role

Our Easy Game Tutoring LLC is seeking a skilled Community Manager and Monetization Specialist to oversee and expand our online communities while creating and executing strategies aimed at boosting engagement, growing the audience, and generating revenue.

Key Duties

• Oversee and actively interact with online communities across various social media channels.
• Establish and nurture meaningful relationships with community participants.
• Design and implement approaches to enhance community engagement and increase follower base.
• Spot and apply opportunities for community monetization.
• Track metrics related to engagement, audience expansion, and profitability.
• Professionally manage responses to messages, comments, and inquiries from the community.
• Keep abreast of the latest social media trends and monetization techniques.

Qualifications

• Proven background in community management, social media, digital marketing, or monetization fields.
• Fluency in English, coupled with strong written and spoken communication abilities.
• Deep familiarity with social platforms and managing online communities.
• Understanding of strategies that drive audience engagement and revenue generation.
• Excellent organizational skills and communication proficiency.
• Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously in a remote setting.
• Available to work during Lebanon Time hours from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
